This yin and yang slow flow features heart opening backbends to clear congestion from your lungs, deep twists for the digestive system, and lateral side-bends for the lymph system. A sadhana to tend to the fire of your sacred heart.
RELEASE + LET GO | 75 min yin yoga
Embrace the element of water to gently cleanse the fluids of your body, and release holding patterns of fear from your deep tissues. This yin yoga practice will open the channels of life force energy that strengthen your kidneys and adrenal glands. A sadhana to help you let go, and surrender into the continuous flow of life.
NOURISH YOUR TISSUES | 60 min yin + restorative
Build the foundation of your immunity through the cultivation of ojas - the subtle fluids that nourish and fortify your tissues. This yin and restorative yoga practice will massage your lymphatic nodules, and circulate fluids to the heart for purification. A sadhana to fill the reservoir of your physical, mental and spiritual strength.
LIGHT YOUR FIRE | 15 min pranayama
Harness the element of fire to transform stagnant energies into vital fuel. This pranayama practice features gentle seated movement to open the passage of the spine, and guided breath to strengthen your agni - the digestive fire that cleanses toxins from your system. A sadhana to clear your mind, and illuminate the path before you.
REST YOUR BONES | 25 min yoga nidra meditation
Rest in savasana, the posture that embodies the cycle of life, death and rebirth. This practice of yoga nidra meditation guides you into a Winter's sleep, a space of healing where you will rejuvenate the bones of your body, and expand your awareness into the deepest tissue layer of the heart.
