I'm a yoga and meditation teacher from Vancouver, BC, and Yoga Nidra is one of my favourite practices.

I've been sharing Yoga Nidra meditation in my community for many years, and have witnessed this practice move people to tears - of self-discovery, relief and joy.

Yoga Nidra has given me the gift of healing in my life. It helped me navigate PTSD, and supported me to return to the wholeness of who I am - body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit.

This simple meditation technique can be practiced by ANYONE - it doesn't matter if you are a beginner who has never practiced yoga, or a long time meditator.
